Sims 4 Floor Level

The stair tool available in game was one of the most highly anticipated free updates for the sims 4 and for a good reason stairs can really make or break a build as they help give definition and separate the different levels of a build.

The permit can be purchased with simoleons with a wait timer once you reach level 14 for the second floor level or level 25 for the third floor level or early unlocked with simcash from level 4. If you had a 3 story house you could have a split level bathroom across the top floor and the 2nd floor by drawing a fence across the top floor and placing stairs up from the 2nd to the top. A access to build a new floor level is unlocked by completing a floor level permit found in the build menu. With sims 4 we lost a tool that hopefully ea will bring back let us manipulate our terrain to our hearts content which resulted in some amazing split level homes. Fear not dear simmer for there is another way we can simulate a split level in ts4.

Have you built any basements in the sims 4 yet. The house you build or purchase at the beginning may be just right for you for a long time but sooner or later you will need to expand it. 4th may 2016 8. You may expand your house by increasing the size of rooms building new ones or creating another floor.

But we don t have constrain floor elevation you say distressed. The sims 4 offers really wide opportunities for enlarging existing rooms without demolishing them. A few things to note about the split level stairs in general you are unable to see them unless you go to floor one so this isn t the best way to do split level stairs but it does look really nice if you are recording video on the sims 4.
