Sims 4 Can T Place Flooring

I ve tried putting a floor tile there but can t.

Sims 4 can t place flooring.

A grid will show just fine but i can t add floor tiles no matter what. Every time 100 what is your current game version number. When the first floor closed it should have automatically added a ceiling second floor if you accidentally deleted the ceiling second level.
